Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

"ntfs_mst_post_read_fixup_warn" on using USB3 HD

I have a USB3 Seagate hard drive and I use ntfs-3g to mount it. I have been receiving these messages over the last couple of days. Could somebody enlighten me - is this harmful? I can still mount the drive and read the contents with no problems.
