Yesterday I checked the site and there was still 3.2.8 linux driver from ATI. today it is 3.7.0 so it might help some people who still have problems (like me).

Forgot to mention. I' m definitely not working for ATI or are in any way involved with them apart from having a card that has no 3D acceleration under Linux because of crap drivers.
