Need modem recommendations

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations. I need to get an analog modem with:
Fax
Voicemail
External unit
USB

It would be great if this modem has the capability to operate when
the computer is shutdown. Then it stores voice messages and faxes
in memory until the computer is up and running.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Hi.

I don't know of many USB modems which can do anything at all when the computer's shut down (because all the USB modems I've seen have been USB powered), but have a look at this:
