mouse

Hello,

I have a problem with my mouse.
I use an USB model with a wheel.

The wheel is not working and right button seems sometimes inactive (I mean ome contextual menu do not work sometimes).

I should be able to push of the wheel and it would act as third button, but this does not work neither (anymore).

How can I restore those settings ...

Thanks,

Vincent

You're probably going to have to change your XF86Config. I had the same problem, and this is what I changed(the stuff in bold):

Section "InputDevice"

# Identifier and driver

Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
Option "Protocol" "imps/2"

Option "Device" "/dev/mouse"

VincentB - in the future, please use more descriptive thread titles and provide the necessary details of the hardware you are using. I think p-static's advice will probably solve your problem but at the moment your problem description is fairly vague. -- J.W.
