messed up MBR

Hello,

while trying to set up a multi-boot system across several drives, I think I messed the MBR of one of my IDE disks. I think I once fixed it with the command fdisk /MBR (I don't remember exactly) with a floppy disk or a Microsoft product. But I no longer have a floppy drive nor do I have a Microsoft product. Can someone tell me how to reinstall the MBR?

And what is the contains of the disk concern ?
