Memory Compatibility

My virtualization's server memory is maxed out and need your help on clarifying which memory will work. I’m getting different RAM pics for same specs online, so want to avoid a 2 hour drive to the colo for nothing.

Attached are outputs. Would appreciate your help on this. Need to get another 256GB RAM online for this server. What would you suggest to ensure 100% match to LSHW / DMIDECIDE outputs compared to the ones I can get online? I’ve had issues where something like whether or not RAM was registered ECC or not threw everything off kilter.

Are these compatible?

Is these compatible?

When I wanted to get some RAM, I consulted the manual for the motherboard. It listed very precisely the types and sizes of RAM chips that would be compatible.

I was freely available on the manufacturer's website.
