Looking for All integrated micro/mini ATX MOBO

Hi All,

I want to setup LInux as a console DVD / websurfing machine for my TV.

Looking for an integrated MOBO that has onboard:

NIC
Audio (5.1 or better)
USB
Gameport
128bit Video Card (not necessary but a bonus )
AMD preferable

Anyone using something like this?

Elite Group (ECS) has a lot of integrated AMD motherboards...i think their website is ecs.com, but i'm not sure. i have the k7s5a and it works fine in linux
