Looking for a linux TV card

Hey guys.
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good, relatively affordable linux tv card.
It needs to do digital tv and preferably have a hardware decoder but other than that im not fussed.

Also if you happen to be aware of any one with windows xp 64 bit drivers would be good as well as other users of my computer like to use windows.

Have a look on http://www.linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
I have a Freecom DVB-T USB Stick and it works pretty well.
