Linux driver for Belkin wireless keyboard/mouse?


I have a Belkin wireless keyboard and mouse F8E815

No linux drivers on CD or belkin website

Anyone know id there are drivers in the net for this? Or if Belkin use a chipset from anyother manufacturer ?

belkin mice

sorry, cant help you there bud, but i do have a belkin optical F8E850-OPT. its a 5 button plus wheel, there are no drivers our there for it either. even the latest distro is not compatiable. its a usb, so i have 2 mice. the other is plugged into my ps/2.

I found that for my belkin kbd the Macintosh driver listed below > Logitech
works. Mine is not wireless but a little experimenting with other drivers provided with your distro may bring success. Good luck !

His information helped me also. Trouble four years ago may not always be irrelevant if you're using a computer over five years old!
