Lines moving up screen

Hi people,

Today my CRT screen developed hrz. lines moving up the screen. What is wrong? Why is it doing this?

Did anything else change today? Did you put something with a magnet (ie, speakers) near your monitor? Did you plug other equipment into the same line your monitor is on? It's also possible that your monitor is just old and needs to be replaced - my trusty Sony finally gave out after 7.5 years of good service.

My point is just that if your monitor has been performing well for a while, and suddenly its behavior changes, it's likely due to something else that changed at the same time. -- J.W.

My bad sorry for posting. I just seen that when I turn my TV off it stops, so my TV was interfearing with my monitor thats the problem. Damn I feel like a retard (or a windows user, same thing)...Thank Anyway. If this thread could be deleted that would be great.
