keyboard


my parents bought me a new wireless keyboard and i've been using it for a while without problems, but it has a bunch of buttons on it that i haven't gotten to work. is there a file that i can edit or something i can do to assign a task to them? (it's a microsoft product). i have the same problem with my mouse too.

Are you using GNOME or KDE. I GNOME you can setup extra keys in the keyboard section of the prferences menu. I am not too sure about KDE.

Well, go to Preferences -> Keyboard.
