is this card supported by prism or others? xterasys xn-2522g pci

i cannot get this card working in fedora core 2. is it supported by prism54?
some questions:
how to set the alias for this card at /ect/modprobe ? alias eth1 prism54???
how to compile the kernel?
mine is 2.6.6-1, edit the kernel-2.6.6-1-i686.config? this file is at /usr/src/redhat/configs, is the path correct? i've installed kernel-src.rpm for 2.6
as i cannot find kernel-headers-2.6.6-1.
i found there is no directory named /linux-mykernel version under /usr/src
does this mean the kernel source tree does not exist yet?

thanks for advice.
