Is there such thing as an IDE to sata convertor?

I have an IDE drive with linux, but my motherboard only has sata ports.

I just looked at a couple of the 93 listed but some of these are what you are looking for.

Yes, they are available. I picked up a bunch on eBay when my new motherboard only supported 2 IDE drives, instead of 4. They just plug into the IDE port, on the drive and then you connect the SATA cable to it. They also need power, and usually have a "floppy drive" power connector.
