identify Intel-ucode driver


Hi,

How could I identify which one among the drivers in the /lib/firmware/intel-ucode directory corresponds to the hardware in my computer?

why do you think your system cannot take care of it all by itself (not a rhethorical question)?

I want to slim down the file to just what I need.

then check which one is loaded at boot.

dmesg | grep firmware
