I just went and bought a lot a stuff for my computer. An Athlon XP 2200, an Abit Ti 4600 128Mb DDR Video card. 512 Mb DDR @333 FSB 2700.
My question is hwo hard what it be to update to these itmes. Now I have allrdy relaoded because my school work is due sat mornign which I am forced to do on windows. I am just curious how hard or tidious is this task. Is it easier to back up and rebuild? Please let me knwo your opinion.

You should be able to pop them straight in and reboot, the cpu and ram will be detected fine but you might need to reconfigure XFree86 if your replacing a non nvidia vidio card, if your already using a nvidia card with the nvidia drivers then you should be fine. This advice only applies to linux.
