my system configuration is

But
I halt in installing linux in my system
which are fedora 5,6 and redhat 9 and suse10.1.
Redhat9 and suse10.1 are installed in safemode which intend to text mode.which version I have to use.and I have find drivers for my mother board in

www.ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

But I dont know how to install it.I am thinking to replace my mother board with Intel d945GPM for only linux.I am so worrying about it.Plz help me.

(Remember that this guide is for Fedora 6 but you can also access the Fedora 5 guide from here.)

That guide can help installing the ATI drivers for Fedora. You should be able to install the ATI drivers for Suse with Yast. Not sure that I understand the entire question though.

live-evaluation CD

Perhaps you should attempt to boot a live-evaluation CD like SimplyMepis. If everything is recognized and you get to a desktop, it should install easily. Wish I could be of more help, but at least this response keeps your question in the list of "new" posts.
