hardware wholesalers in canada

This popular oem store http://pccyber.com/?v=product&i=SYS-EGOS+PREMIUM
has an awesome price for a via system.

I can work with them selling their via pc models for a bit more than they do and they will ship it to potential customers for me...

I would like to be able to do this myself, building via systems. I would like to pay what they are paying to build via systems. Can someone help me figure out how to get these parts for under 199. thanks

You can install the latest Linux distros on VIA systems (esp ones with C3 1Ghz or C7 CPUs).
All these are made in China: Board + CPU +RAM ...you can import them
Thin client boards are also available.

$199 is too large a sum
