GPU server advice needed

Hi folks,

I am in need of adding GPU to my Dell T610 RHEL58 box. Unfortunately I found that it is not compatible with either of Tesla GPUs available (M class or K series). I did not explore all the options yet, but the most of what I have seen are Windows based servers to control a rather overpriced Dell PCI expansion chassis (like C410x) or Windows-nased GPU servers. However, the majority of bioinformatics software I need GPU for is Linux/Unix - based. Also, I rather prefer to use my T610 to control a PCI expansion chassis, as it has a good processor, good amount of memory and storage. Is there way to arrange a working configuration?
