ext3 error ,can‘t to boot!


previously,i reduce a lv with lvreduce -L -200M /dev/mapper/VG_log103

then i reboot,it can't start,it show me this.

i try to fix with fsck ,but it seem to unuseless.

That was a very bad idea.
You should have reduced the size of the filesystem first - before the lvreduce.

You might be lucky if you enlarge the lv again - make it bigger than before if you can, just for safety. Then try the fsck.
Do all that from a liveCD that has LVM support.
