Error trying to configure the touch screen on the Beagle Board XM Expansion Board

Hello to everyone,

I've bought the Beagle Board XM rev B and the expansion board v.1 from here :

http://www.chipsee.com/beagleboard-xm-exp-v1.html

and I've tried to configure the touch screen to make it work with the Ubuntu natty. It didn't work because this error :

selected device is not a touchscreen I understand

I've attached the configuration files involved.

rename ts.txt to ts.conf ; xorg.txt to xorg.conf ; bashrc.txt to .bashrc

The hardware manufacturer said that it uses the SPI port to connect the driver TSC2046 with the Beagle Board XM rev B.
Attached Files
File Type: txt ts.txt (645 Bytes, 29 views)
File Type: txt bashrc.txt (3.3 KB, 26 views)
File Type: txt xorg.txt (463 Bytes, 25 views)
