Elecom M-DT2DRBK trackball mouse

Has anyone used the Elecom M-DT2DRBK?
What do the extra buttons do by default?
How did you configure/customize them?
Do you like it?
How's the build quality?

I have a Logitech MX Ergo mouse and it's fantastic when I've got my laptop anywhere but the desk. I'm looking for other options for good trackball mice. Preferably something that's built well and has higher than average buttons.
