Device driver for a USB to RS-232 Serial DB9 Adapter for red Hat 8 or 9

Are there any USB to RS-232 Serial DB9 Adapter that have drivers that work on Red Hat Linux?
My PC has only one serial port and I need more. I want to use one of the many USB ports to provide additional serial ports. I found the adapter at the star tech website but there are no Linux drivers for this device.
Are there any devices like this that have Linux (red Hat) drivers?
