Angry Dell Monitor 1907FPVt value of capacitor C820 ?

I have a Dell Monitor 1907FPVt in for repair and can't see a value on capacitor C820 , it is electrolytic capacitor and it's working voltage is 50Volts.

I can see a number that begins with 4 so it could 4.7uF 47uF I think

Capacitor Value

see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Farad

Depending on whether or not that decimal point is there, you have 4.7 microfarads or 47 if the point is absent.

I hope this has helped.
