Dell 1750 Poweredge, health of raid-5 drives

I'm trying to figure out how to read the health of the Raid-5 drives, our IT dep. does not know how to do it on linux so I'm on my own. If one goes bad how to tell which one to replace.

OS is Redhat ES 4.0
a DELL poweredge 1750 with a MegaRaid controller
3 SCSI drives in a RAID 5 configuration

lspci says...
04:03.0 RAID bus controller: Dell PowerEdge Expandable RAID controller 4/Di (rev 02)
