Canon A520 digital camera problem


Hi,
the problem is ... well i plug in my camera into the usb and get this:

# dmesg | tail
sda : READ CAPACITY failed.
sda : status = 1, message = 00, host = 0, driver = 08

sda : block size assumed to be 512 bytes, disk size 1GB.

I/O error: dev 08:00, sector 0
unable to read partition table
hub.c: new USB device 00:11.2-2, assigned address 14
usb.c: USB device 14 (vend/prod 0x4a9/0x30c1) is not claimed by any active driver.

lsusb also doesn't tell me anything ...

so what's the driver that i need to use
i'm using RedHat9.0 in case this matters ...
