Cannot print to Canon i250 over network.

I have a Canon i250 printer connected to a Windows XP box (http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/review.php?reviewId=447) And when I set it up in Ubuntu Breezy, the document shows up in the windows printer information, and the light on the printer flashes, however, the actual driver program (This printer opens a small dialogue to show progress of print, and amount of ink left), doesn't open, and the printer doesn't print anything.

How do I get it to print?
