Obi-Wan_Kenobi LQ Newbie Registered: Nov 2002 Distribution: Debian Posts: 19 Rep:	Can't Print To Epson EPL-5800L Under Debian And CUPS Hi, I have an Epson EPL-5800L printer on a USB port, which I've tried to configure via CUPS. CUPS correctly identified the printer on the USB port, and I could find the PPD file for it in the Foomatic drivers list, but it just refuses to print. I know this printer is problematic with Linux, but since it was detected and a driver was available, I'm wondering why it doesn't work. Anyone else have any experience with this? I'm using Debian Etch on x86. -= Obi-Wan =-
