Can't get Speedtouch 330 to run at startup

I have a Speedtouch 330 USB modem. The speedtouchconf script provided by Steve Parker gets it working. The script then asks if I want to set it to automatically dial-up when the PC boots up. I answer 'Yes' and then I get the following error message:

insserv: Service ALL has to be enabled for service speedtouch
insserv: exiting now!
init command failed

The script then says:

You can still stop and start the interface with
/etc/init.d/speedtouch stop
/etc/init.d/speedtouch start

However on my next boot when I try the above, it fails to connect. I end up having to run another script to undo everything, reboot, and then re-run speedtouchconf again.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Today I tried ' /etc/init.d/speedtouch start' after booting and this time it worked.

Previously I received the message:
'Starting ADSL connection: failed'

Today it said:
'Starting ADSL connection: done'.

I don't know why it worked this time.

Anyway, I entered the suggested line: '/usr/lib/lsb/install_initd /etc/init.d/speedtouch' again, and that still didn't work. I once again receive the message:

insserv: Service ALL has to be enabled for service speedtouch
insserv: exiting now!

I entered the line: 'dmesg | grep -i usb2' as suggested. It gave this output:
