BYTECC PCI Express installed on Centos 5.8 server

I installed a USB 3.0 PCI-X card made by BYTECC but I do not think the system sees the card.

I have tried to plug multiple devices into the card and the system does not see the drives plugged in.

I was also told that I did not need to plug in the Molex connector to this card unless I was going to plug something that required power from the USB port.

How do I see if the machine even sees the card?

Do I need to plug in the Molex?

Does CentOS 5.8 support USB 3 cards?

Never mind found the answer I was looking for that I could not find yesterday.

http://news.softpedia.com/news/Linux...t-121287.shtml

Looks like Centos 5.8 will not support USB 3 and I will have to upgrade to Centos 6.
