Having trouble installing a piece of hardware? Want to know if that peripheral is compatible with Linux?

Brother HL-2070N printer limited in paper sizes

I have this printer attached to my network. I need to be able to print to 8" x10" documents. (Actor resumes printed on the back of standard size headshots.) The driver offers a selection of standard paper sizes, letter, legal, executive, A4, etc. But no option for custom sizes.

When I use a standard size the top margin ends up too large (apparently the printer is trying to print on the "bottom" of the standard page). And information is lost.

How can I create a custom paper definition for this printer.

Thank you,
