Best server mobo/system

I'm need to build a real kick-ass linux server.

Specs-
Dual Inter Xeon (please no AMD comments, just getting boss to work with Linux, AMD64 next)
8 Gigs Mem DDR266 or higher
rack mounable
at least 5 PCI-X slots ( have several 64-cards to go in )

Looked through Dell's, HP, and IBM's crap, and all are underpowered on the PCI slots. Looked at penguincomputing, good value, but also underpowered. So far, all that I've found is the Supermicro boards, and cases.

My question: Is there anything else???

Any help is appreciated,

Thanks

If you really need good info go here: http://www.2cpu.com/ They advocate linux and SMP/SMT. Also make sure you use the latest 2.6.7-rc? kernel.
