Best AGP 8x Linux Supported Graphics Card

Hi Guys,
I have been running Debian stable for a couple of months and love it! I am now running Fedora Core 5, it has good hardware support but I can't get my ATI AGP 8x 9600 card to work with it. As you all know the ATI drivers are far from ready.

What do you think would be my best bet if I was to buy a new graphics card for my linux box.
I will need full 3d/OpenGL support.
I have AGP 8X on my box.

Any ideas?

Undoubtley it would have to be Nvidia. However, I'm sure someone will come along and help with getting your ATI card working. Also you can check out the "Hardware Tutorial" section here on LQ's site which, list a few for getting ATI working with 3d. It may be for a different distro but much of it is linux specific.
