auto alsa

Hi,

Running the latest slackware with satisfactory results hardware wise, but
I have to re-run alsaconf every session. How can I get it to fire up automaticaly?

Tx.

BTW, I tried PClinuxOS after reading some fine reviews -- it wouldn't even
find my mouse and none of my three monitors would work. Slackware gives me
two out of three, which, as Meatloaf said, ain't bad.

After running alsaconf, try running

Code:
alsactl store
This should store your settings for the next time until you change them again.
