follow the url http://www.ati.com/support/driver.html
chose linux-> graphic drivers -> and then choose any of the items
i think the video core igp32 integreted is 9100 or 9200
before DL the driver check u xfree version.in my case , i'm using redhat9 ,it use xfree4.3

Forget the official ati-drivers, they do not work for IGP-Chips.
The main site to this topic is http://bugs.xfree86.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314
I have written a detailed HowTo how to use the patches for IGP 3D-Support.
I put it under http://groups.yahoo.com/group/amilo
in the Files / Members files section. But you have to register at yahoo to get access to the Files-section, so if i should send you this pdf-file (179kB) send an email to
tho_riedel@web.de

hey up.. i have radeon igp 320m in my compaq laptop too... I'd love to have an easy explanation of how to get the 3d accel working as i can't make head nor tail of it either... by the time i work it out no doubt there'll be an RPM for it heh...

Ho well... good luck to us!!

Try X.org 6.8.1
The ATI Radeon IGP320 is supported with this latest release out of the box with 2D and 3D hardware acceleration. But the driver at all is not so fast than a driver from ATI

Xorg 6.8.1 did work for my IGP 320m right out of the box...
But get this. I actually get LESS FPS with

Direct Rendering: yes installed.

303 FPS with regular ATI drivers (according to glxgears)
166 with DRI Direct Rendering installed (i.e. 3d accel).

I have the same problem, 3D doesn´t work for me on my presario 900Z. It has IGP 320M (Mobility U1). I have SUSE 9.2Pro.

I have the card configured with SAX2 as RS100 (4336), but that doesn´t work. Any recommendations on which driver should I pick and how to enable 3D.
Below is a copy of my xorg.conf aka XF86Config
