I have a PCI ATI Radeon 9250 V280 PCI Video Card and I followed the instructions listed
here. Main problem is when I type startx at the last step of the problem, I get this:
xauth: (stdin):1: bad "add" command line
xauth: (stdin):2: bad "add" command line
xauth: (stdin):3: bad "add" command line
Fatal server error:

If this server is no longer running, remove /tmp/.X0-lock
and start again.

for help.
Note: When I install the drivers, this shows up:
########################################### [100%]
########################################### [100%]
make.sh: line 46: gcc: command not found
make.sh: line 52: [: !=: unary operator expected
Note: Also, I do NOT download and patch the kernel drivers since I don't know if I should or not.
Any suggestions on how to fix this? I don't know how to patch the Kernel drivers or to find out which kernel drivers I need so if I could get helped out on that it would be great. I am running SuSe 9.3 by the way.
