Ati fglrx driver issues with Zenwalk 5.2, Toshiba Satelite A215

I recently switched to zenwalk from kubuntu, got most of it up and running, but the graphic drivers are giving me fits. Installed them using the zenwalk wiki guide.
http://wiki.zenwalk.org/index.php?ti...r_Installation

Its almost like the drivers are running slow, when I type at login, the first char is all blurred until im at the 3rd or 4th. Also browsing with Iceweasel, if i use the arrow keys to move the screen up or down i get all sorts of messed up chars displayed. If i scroll with page up or down it seems to display fine. Also if i highlight the text them click of it seems to fix those fonts a little so i can read them.

Ive tried to reinstall the drivers even tried a clean new installation and still the same. Anywho here is some conf stuff
