Anyone buy stuff from eracks?

How was your experience? I'm thinking of buying a server or workstation from them. Thanks!

When our company started up we bought from System76. But we had troubles with nearly half of the machines (had to replace motherboard in one, SCSI card in another, had a dead ethernet in another, hard drive would not fit in the bay of another). We switched to eRacks when we were ready to expand. Now we have 6 machines from eRacks for over a year and no problems. One machine had the wrong memory DIMMs, but they overnighted replacements and didn't even ask for the wrong ones back. We're about to order some more machines and will be ordering again from eRacks. eRacks is also more flexible about customizing outside of what their web configurator will do. Just write up your specs in detail and ask for a quote.

okay thanks. I've been asking a lot about their network cards and motherboards and they seem to be very responsive.
