Aironet help!

I have a Cisco Aironet 350 WLAN PCMCIA card that I've been desperately trying to get working. I looked in various other threads, but to no avail so far.

An old Linksys card my dad had laying around worked perfectly when plugged it in (iwconfig and ifconfig checked out), but when I plugged my Cisco in the computer froze for a second and then unfroze - but it wasn't recognized still.

I can't use the Linksys card as it's range is rather low and it is susceptable to interferance.

lsmod shows both airo and airo_cs loaded...

Can anyone help me?
