After computer sleep, bluetooth mouse doesn't wake up

Hi
Having a recurring issue after my computer sleeps (not just the display) and I 'revive' it, my bluetooth mouse is stuck, and I am forced to do a hard reboot.

Has anyone else encountered this?

I am on Ubuntu 18.04.

Following a resume, anything reported via the following?
Code:
sudo systemctl status bluetooth.service
Does restarting bluetooth.service help?
Code:
sudo systemctl restart bluetooth.service
