satimis Senior Member Registered: Apr 2003 Posts: 3,695 Rep:	About SATA II NCQ HD Hi folks, Just got a new Seagate 80G, SATA II, 7200rpm NCQ Hard Drive. I suppose it is of bulk package so I can't find any indication on the HD nor on the printed box displaying the same. On googling around with the number ST3808110AS I found following URLs; Seagate ST3808110AS 80GB 7200rpm SATA2 NCQ Hard Drive http://www.ewiz.com/detail.php?name=HD-ST80S27 Seagate's Barracuda 7200.7 NCQ hard drive http://techreport.com/reviews/2004q4...q/index.x?pg=1 Is there any command to check the HD confirming SATA2 and NCQ technology?
