windows manager, configure taskbar


hey all!

Id like to configure how my Linux Mint looks like. Ive already installed Cairo Dock

1) how to change places - my cairo dock to put in the bottom and taskbar at top - switch places?

2) how to configure icons and background in window?

3) can u recommend please programs to configure window manager?

hope u understand me =) and thanks for help guys!
