Whats this files?

Hello penguins, I have another question, in my root folder I have these sort of files, maybe 10 or so, what are they from, do, for, ect.....?

what's inside
I get nothing. 60 B though. I have roughly 15 of them. Running Mandrake 8.2, they also exist on the other computer running Mandrake. Hmmm
