Whats is the best p2p client for linux?


I want to know before i start to search around the web for a p2p client, which one is the most used.

Which do you want, the best or most used?

I use LimeWire. I can't really say it's the best since it's the only one I ever tried on Linux.

giFT and mldonkey are my favorites, giFT is good but doesn't support edonkey, mldonkey does but uses loads more ram.

I use Limewire primarily - however, you might want to try a couple to see what you like - might be an idea to do a quick search on our site - it'll bring up a plethora of threads, and hundreds of opinions on this subject.

In addition, have a look at our wiki page on this subject.
