What programs for Linux are not worse (or better) then their analogues for Windows?

What do you think about this question?

I think that Download Managers for windows are better (Flashget for example), and icq clients for Windows are better.

and what about Linux programs ported to Windows, or other?

openoffice is good but a little slow

there is no program for windows such as xine
no program on windows can compete xine
and also the cdfs driver
