The bigger picture: Want to be able to send email from my linux machine to hotmail. So D3158@myIPAddress to
D3158@hotmail.com and vice versa.
The problem: I have configured my sendmail.mc file as shown below. However, I am having issues when I try to run it.
Someone suggested that I need to add LinuxIPAddress to the local-host-names file?

I am pretty sure I am missing something. Not sure what!
Here is my Thunderbird setup:
Create a mail account
- Mail Account Setup
- Your name: D3158
- Email Add: D3158@myLinuxIPaddress
- Password : mypassword
- Clicked Next
Then I am presented with the following:

At the bottom I did, "retest" and it doesn't work.
