webmin custom command


hi to all,

Any one who know about custom command. kindly help me. i want to create a custom command to create/delete user and set its password, using "htpasswd " command.

a input box for username and input box for password, create or delete user.

i am using webmin 1.350 on redhat 5.

i think u can use shell scripts ....
try this ....

echo "enter user name /t /c"
read usrname
echo "enter passwd /t /c"
read password
useradd -p $password $username



save this to a file and make that make executable using "chmod ug+x filename" command
btw i haven't tried this so try and tell me.
