Well, here's my picture, being painted for you.

Have a 40GB Hard drive in my playstation 2 (modded my playstation to run linux, but never looked good staring X to work in an NTSC TV) So I want to put this 40 gigger in my new PC! I want my 25GB linux partition to be transfered to the new 40GB Hard disk, and free up my Hard disk that was originally in my pc (80GB) and make it native for windows. I have a feeling this is going to be a lot harder than it sounds. Would someone please help me out? Thanks

Also, when I have the 2 different OS's on 2 different drives, will Lilo still boot from my 80GB hard drive HD that I had partitiond for linux and windows? Will I need to show it where my new linux HD is? thanks

yeah just make sure to change the lilo.conf to make root = /dev/hda and then on the second hard drive entry change root to /dev/hdb or what ever it is. and make sure to change your active partition to reflect the move. and the fstab.
