I got it. My machine had a tool in Windows that lets me create a Microsoft Recovery tools cd. I did that, and it had the Recovery thing on it. So i booted into that, ran fixmbr. Then it booted into windows after a restart and then i deleted the linux paritions from the Disk Management, and made a new partition from that space. I use that partition for storage now.
