Unattended boot

my computer beeps on bootup because it detects my keyboard but doesnt get a response from it. i have it on a manual switch, i want to know if there is anyway to tell it to keep going regardless of whether it recieves a repsonse or not, i know what you are thinking, the keyboard in bios is set to ABSENT, so its not bios thats beeping at me, its LINUX

I just unplugged my keyboard from my box and rebooted it fine. My bios is set to ignore the keyboard. I have not seen a case where linux complains about not having a keyboard. What error messages are you seeing exactly? Where does it stop?

Thank you,

So it is switched off?

you could boot with it on, since you should not have to do much rebooting.
