trying my hand at command prompt

Hello all

I am trying my first attempt to successfully download something to the debian I have recently installed on an old Vista machine.

https://justgetflux.com/linux.html

This looks interesting and comes with a step by step instuction helper. Bad part it comes with 404 not found. However people say they have recently been able to add it.
Question: Which terminal should I be in. I have the choice of root or just terminal.

Looks like it isn't available for wheezy for some reason:

PPAs are a Ubuntu thing. I don't believe that Debian supports them.

It looks as if you can download the sources from github and compile them for Debian.
